Desired Skills and Experience and Responsibilities
Fresher or 1 year experience as .Net developer or Application developer.
Familiarity with the .NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).

Sysfore is looking for Java Swing Developers who can create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
JAVA POS Development ( Openbravo JAVA POS)
Bug fix & feature enhancement.
Design and develop high-volume, low-latency JAVA POS Application for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Requirements
At least 4 - 5 years of Java development experience including Java Swings, Core Java, middle-tier.

Sysfore is looking for CRM sales consultants with prior consulting experience to join our growing Customer Experience Practice.
What we are looking for:
3 - 7 years of exp. of software application sales out of which 2 - 3 years in CRM/ERP or SaaS product sales.
CRM knowledge: Have a good understanding of CRM as a strategy. Work experience in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application is a must.
Should work independently and manage the engagements.
Experience and knowledge of using CRM tools and should have handled lead generation to closure cycle.
Should have prepared excellent customer presentations, handle solution discussions and demonstrations of solutions.
Good command over oral and written communication, with patient negotiation skills.
Ability to work productively in a dynamic deadline-driven environment, independently and as part of a team.
Experience in selling medium to large value deals.
Self-organizing and have strong abilities to coordinate resources needed.
Can respond and turn around things quickly, doing whatever it takes to get to the right information, and will look to always meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications :
Ideally a Degree / Professional Qualification in Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or a similar Information Technology-related discipline. MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
